Santa had a little help this year from staff at Ward Gethin Archer in King’s Lynn, who raised money to buy toys for the children on the Rudham children’s ward. Chris Dewey, Managing Director, Sarah Fairbrother, a Director and Family Solicitor and Lydia Larkman a Legal Secretary at the firm, visited the ward on Christmas Eve to deliver the presents.
Director and Family Solicitor at Ward Gethin Archer, Sarah Fairbrother, said: “It’s such a special time of year for children. Judging from the smiles, our toys went down well. All of us at Ward Gethin Archer, just really wanted to do something to make a difference for children who are poorly and away from home over Christmas.”
A festive sweets and savoury treats sale was held at Ward Gethin Archer’s Tuesday Market Place office on Friday 21st December, with all proceeds and donations going towards purchasing the toys. The sale raised £100 with Ward Gather Archer matching the funds, bringing the grand total to £200. Staff also donated toys for the children on the ward.
