We have a flexible leave policy, with no specific limits on the amount of holiday that can be taken in any particular year.
We also recognise that life-related issues can happen during working time, and have worked hard to adapt working patterns to suit our staff, whilst ensuring that client service remains at the forefront of our minds.
Over 25% of staff work less than full-time hours. Many staff work flexibly between offices and home, adjusting as necessary to suit client needs, as well as personal circumstances.

50% of our current directors trained and qualified at WGA. Many of our qualified staff started at WGA as legal secretaries, going on to study legal qualifications.
