About Me
I moved to London in July 2001. After graduating Law School, I moved to Nottingham before moving to Liverpool and then the Lake District.
In 2023 I moved to Ely where my family has settled.
I enjoy being part of the community and since moving to Ely, I have become a parent governor at a local primary school and I support my children’s scout group.
In my spare time, my family and I enjoy travelling and exploring East Anglia.
My Work History & Experience
I have worked in the legal sector since October 2007. During this time, I have gained invaluable experiences from a diverse workload and insight from working in various legal environments. These range from specialist legal firms to expansive international legal practices.
Following qualification as a Solicitor in July 2018, I specialised in commercial property law at an international firm of solicitors in Liverpool.
I have extensive experience in dealing with non-contentious commercial property matters. These include, but are not limited to, the sale and purchase of land and property, leasing premises dealing with both landlord and tenants, transfer and acquisition on behalf of pension funds, matters around easements and first registrations.
My Time at Ward Gethin Archer
I joined Ward Gethin Archer in September 2023 as a Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Property Department.
Since joining the firm, I have been involved with a diverse range of clients working on a wide-ranging workload. Each client brings a fresh perspective and a new challenge. My experience so far has been interesting and rewarding.
Ward Gethin Archer has a culture that is both friendly and supportive, with a strong commitment to delivering for each client.
I look forward to continuing to be a part of the Commercial Property Department to assist and guide my clients and new clients with their property matters.
