I was born and raised in Cambridgeshire and moved to Norfolk 11 years ago. Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends however most of my time is currently spent studying.
Prior to joining Ward Gethin Archer I worked at other legal firms in Cambridgeshire as a Legal Secretary, gaining experience in a wide range of legal topics over the years.
I joined Ward Gethin Archer in 2018 in the family team. I started studying towards my CILEx qualification in 2019 and in 2021 I became a Trainee Legal Executive specialising in Family Law.
I am now an Associate Member of CILEx/CILEx Paralegal ACILEx. I have gained my CILEx Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice, CILEx Level 6 Certificate in Law (Family Law) and CILEx Level 6 Certificate in Practice of Law (Family Law) passing both Level 6 examinations with distinctions.
I still have some examinations left to complete but I aim to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in the near future.
I advise on all aspects of marriage breakdowns, including any financial issues. I also advise on matters regarding children such as child contact arrangements together with Change of Name Deeds. I also have experience dealing with military families and serving personnel.
I am a member of Resolution and I am a Family Mediation Trust Mediation Champion. I work with the Family Mediation Trust to promote the use of mediation as a constructive method of resolving family disputes.
My aim is to assist clients in a friendly and professional manner and support them through some difficult and challenging times, using my wealth of experience to add real world perspective and sensible practical advice due to my excellent academic record. I am able to help my clients access the support that they may need in relation to moving forward with mediation.
