Claire Williamson-Massey

About Me

I was born in King’s Lynn and after a brief stints in other areas, I now live in the local area.

Outside of work, I have recently developed a passion for horse riding and also enjoy spending time with my husband and young daughter.

My Work History & Experience

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 from Keele University and completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of West of England. I originally began my career specialising in Criminal Litigation but found my vocation with residential conveyancing in 2013. I re-focused my skillset in residential conveyancing and property law during my time working in Norwich before deciding to move closer to my family.

My Time at Ward Gethin Archer

I joined WGA in June 2016 at the Dereham Office as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. In 2018, I moved to the Swaffham Office to continue my role.

What I Can Do For You

Any type of residential transaction can be daunting and complicated to those who have never done it before or those who may have not gone through it for some time. My focus is driven by client care and giving that personal touch. I have experience and knowledge in both freehold and leasehold properties and can deal with a variety of different transactions from transfer of equity, buying, selling, remortgaging and equity release.
