I am a Probate Executive dealing with administration of estates, Court of Protection work, personal affairs, declarations of trust, lasting powers of attorney and the preparation of wills.

I have been working in a legal environment since 2001 and have specialised in Private Client Law since 2009, initially working with a law firm local to King's Lynn.
I am compassionate and understand the difficulties individuals and their families experience when faced with bereavement or mental capacity challenges.
I pride myself on my friendly and caring approach towards clients.
I help a number of elderly clients to manage their financial affairs, I also act for a number of clients who no longer have mental capacity to ensure that their finances are managed and that they receive all their entitlements.
I specialise in personal affairs and Court of Protection work, together with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and wills and the administration of estates, this includes grant only applications and full administration.
I was born in King’s Lynn and continue to live in the area with my husband, James Macwhirter, who also works for the firm.
My hobbies include reading, socialising with friends and visiting new places.
