About Me

I was born in Peterborough and grew up in the Fens.

When I am not at work, I like to spend my time with friends and family. I enjoy reading and various crafts and walking my dog at the coast.

I am also a member of a netball team in the local netball league.

My Work History & Experience

Graduating from Northumbria University in 2002, I completed my training contract with a well-respected regional firm in Newcastle upon Tyne and qualified as a solicitor in January 2005.

I specialise in residential property and have worked in this area throughout my career. I deal with a whole range of conveyancing transactions from straightforward freehold purchases to more complex matters such as lease extensions, development estates, overage agreements and the grant of rights of way and covenants. I am also very familiar with equity release mortgages and self-build mortgages.

I enjoy using my legal knowledge to solve problems and achieve practical solutions for my clients.

My Time at Ward Gethin Archer

I joined Ward Gethin Archer in 2010 becoming a Director in 2019. I am a Solicitor in the busy Residential Property Team based in our King's Lynn office with responsibility for management of the Department.

What I Can Do For You

Working in residential property gives me the opportunity to help people through what can be a very stressful time. I can use my knowledge and experience to guide clients through what can seem a complicated and daunting process.

I work with a whole range of clients from first time buyers to seasoned property developers. Whilst most of my clients have a similar aim, to buy property, their needs throughout the transaction can vary immensely and adapting to that is something I work hard to do well.

It is important to me to ensure that each client feels reassured and confident throughout the process and reaches completion with as little stress as possible.
